Section 172-5-4 - Reconsideration of Commission DecisionA. An interested party may request the Commission to reconsider its decision in a case, only if such request for reconsideration is filed in writing with the commission within 10 days of receipt of the original commission decision. Such request must set forth with specificity the reasons for which the party believes the decision requires reconsideration.B.
