If the remuneration in a form listed in subsection 5 of section 1193 of the Employment Security Law is not paid on the basis of a "week" as defined in subsection (D) of section 1 of Chapter 1 of these rules, then the deputy shall determine the daily rate of pay, based on the claimant's normal rate of pay. The daily rate of pay shall then be divided into the total amount of the remuneration paid to obtain the number of days to which the remuneration shall be allocated. The remuneration shall then be allocated based on the daily rate of pay multiplied by the number of days normally worked in each week.
