Section 172-11-9 - Future Claims Involving a New Issue

Claims for subsequent weeks shall be promptly examined while an appeal or the period allowed for the filing of an appeal is pending. If a new issue arises, a deter­mination on the new issue will be rendered promptly, regardless of the status of any appeal.
