Section 172-11-5 - Situations in which Fact-Finding is not Required

Fact-Finding interviews are not required in the situations listed in 26 M.R.S.A. Section1194(2)(A). When these situations occur, the deputy may make a determination based on the facts which are included on the claimant's weekly claim card.
