Section 170-7-6 - ONGOING POLICY REVIEW AND DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIESA. The Department may review any approved policy at any time and may grant limited approval or withdraw approval from the policy, in whole or part, if it is found in noncompliance, or there is insufficient evidence to establish compliance.B. The Department reserves the right to request additional information from an employer with an approved policy at any time.C. The Department may establish a time period for regular review or re-application of existing approved policies.D.
