Section 170-6-4.0 - INSPECTIONA. The Commissioner, Director, or designees will have the right to enter for the purpose of inspection any covered workplace in the State at any reasonable time upon the presentation of appropriate identification.B. Unannounced inspections shall be made from time to time.C. The Department will respond to written employee complaints as well as complaints of imminent danger.D. Upon arriving at a site for an inspection, the Department representatives will notify management and labor officials of the purpose of their visit and will present to them a preliminary finding of their visit prior to their departure.E.
