Section 170-13-VII - Wage and Benefit RelationshipA) The median rates for wages and for benefits will be determined separately.B) A contractor shall pay each worker on a covered project at least the prevailing hourly wage rate, as determined by the Bureau for that project, for the trade(s) within the construction industry category or categories in which the worker is employed.C) A contractor shall provide benefits to each worker on a covered project at least at the prevailing hourly benefit rate as determined by the Bureau for that project for the trade(s) within the construction industry category or categories in which the worker is employed.D) A contractor may comply with the requirement in (C) if the contractor is in compliance with (B) and the total of the hourly wages and benefits paid by the contractor is equal to or exceeds the total of the prevailing hourly wage and benefit rates as determined by the Bureau for that project for the trade(s) in which the worker is employed.E) Records of employee benefits paid shall be recorded on a per hour basis as presented in Section VI. 12-170 C.M.R. ch. 13, § VII
