Section 170-11-2 - Enforcement ResponsibilitiesA. The Director has the responsibility to ensure the protection of young workers from dangerous work and may, and upon written complaint shall, enter any establishment for the enforcement of laws that regulate the occupations of minors under the age of eighteen.B.
