An individual who is not accepted into the MEO program can file an appeal. Such appeals shall be processed under the appeal procedures specified in 26 M.R.S.A. section1197, sub-section 8-B. The commissioner may contract with the Division of Administrative Hearings or another qualified organization to hear appeals related to nonacceptance into the MEO.
