Section 148-30-5 - TIERS

An Educator's Tier is based on the highest PDN Registry level they achieved in the previous month.

B.Tier 2. Level Five and Six on PDN career lattice https://www.mrtq.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/MRTQ_Lattices.pdf

Tier 2 Educators receive a monthly salary supplement of 150% of the Tier 1 monthly salary supplement.

C.Tier 3. Level Seven and Eight on PDN career lattice https://www.mrtq.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/MRTQ_Lattices.pdf

Tier 3 Educators receive a monthly salary supplement of 150% of the Tier 2 monthly salary supplement.

D. The Department will determine Tier amounts based on current annual budget and total number of Educators enrolled in the System.
