Section 148-19-A-11 - ADOPTION SERVICES

A. The policy and practice of the PNMI-Child Placing Agency shall be to protect the rights and meet the needs of the children for whom it accepts responsibility. The PNMI-Child Placing Agency shall offer services to the child, biological and legal parents, and the adoptive parents.

B. The requirements which follow are minimal requirements for licensure of PNMI-Child Placing Agencies.
