Section 148-17-7 - APPEAL PROCEDURE

Any person aggrieved by the Department's decision to take any of the following actions, may request an administrative hearing, in accordance with the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, Title 5, chapter 375.

A. Issue a conditional license;

B. Amend or modify a license;

C. Hold a conditional license;

D. Refuse to issue or renew a full license;

E. Refuse to issue a provisional license;

F. Refuse to issue a temporary license; or

G. Refuse to grant a waiver of these regulations.
