Section 148-17-4 - TERM OF LICENSEA. The provisional license shall be issued for a minimum period of 3 months or a longer period, as deemed appropriate by the Department, not to exceed 12 consecutive months.B. The terms of full licenses shall be for one year.C. The conditional license shall be issued for a specific period, not to exceed one year, or the remaining period of the previous full license, whichever the Department determines appropriate based on the laws and rules violated.D. A temporary license shall be for a specific period not to exceed 120 days.E. Regardless of the term and type of the license, the Department shall monitor for continued compliance with applicable laws and rules on at least an annual basis.10-148 C.M.R. ch. 17, § 4
