Section 144-610-1 - DEFINITIONS

Families which are "at risk" of becoming recipients of AFDC are those families:

which have countable income of less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, and which are not receiving AFDC but would be in danger of becoming AFDC recipients if they lost their child care, and which need child care in order to accept or maintain employment.
