Section 144-509-III - PROCEDURES1. The Commissioner of Human Services shall designate a specific area, population, or practice as underserved for a specialty physician when the criteria in Section IV for such designation are met.2. The source of specialty physician to population or other criteria used in the determination shall be noted in the analysis.3.
