Section 144-272-VII-I - Orthodontia

For those children only who are medically and financially eligible on the basis of cleft lip and palate or another congenital cranio-facial anomaly with similar treatment complexities, the C.C.S./C.S.H.N. Program will pre-authorize Orthodontic care upon recommendation of the Cleft Palate Clinic team (Chapter VI, Section II, I tem A, p. 29) and when the need is due to the eligible condition.
