Section 144-235-1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
A. Application and Scope. These rules shall apply to all producers and processors of bulk drinking water. The rules establish the sanitary requirements for the installation and maintenance of equipment used inprocessing, handling, and storage and the source of water.
B. Constitutionality Clause.Should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of these regulations be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, the remainder of said regulations shall not be affected thereby.
