Section 144-222-6 - Written ReportsA. Release permits shall be submitted to the Department of Human Services, Office of Nuclear Safety.B. The State Nuclear Safety Inspector shall have access to any and all reports, analyses or investigations regarding scheduled or unscheduled releases.C. A transcript, or summary, of the information that was disseminated in the public notice for each scheduled release, unscheduled release, or malfunction of 10 CFR Part 21 safety related equipment shall be submitted to Office of the State Nuclear Inspector within 48 hours of the initial notice.10- 144 C.M.R. ch. 222, § 6
