Section 144-220-G-A-18 - License issuanceA. The Agency shall issue a license for the medical use of radioactive material if: (1) The applicant has filed HHE Form 850, Application for a Radioactive Material License, in accordance with the instructions in G.12;(2) The applicant has paid any applicable fee as provided in Part C;(3) The Agency finds the applicant equipped and committed to observe the safety standards established by the Agency in this rule for the protection of the public health and safety; and(4) The applicant meets the requirements of Part C.B. The Agency shall issue a license for mobile nuclear medicine service if the applicant: (1) Meets the requirements in G.18.A; and(2) Assures that individuals or human research subjects to whom unsealed radioactive material or radiation from implants containing radioactive material will be administered may be released following treatment in accordance with G.75.10-144 C.M.R. ch. 220, § G-A-18
