Section 144-220-E-E-36 - Records of personnel monitoring proceduresEach licensee and registrant shall maintain the following exposure records specified in E.19:
A. Direct reading dosimeter or electronic personal dosimeter readings and yearly operability checks for three years after the record is made.B. Records of alarm ratemeter calibrations for three years after the record is made.C. Reports received from the individual monitoring device processor until the Agency terminates the license or certificate of registration.D. Records of estimates of exposure as a result of: off-scale personal direct reading dosimeters, or lost or damaged personnel dosimeters until the Agency terminates the license.10-144 C.M.R. ch. 220, § E-E-36
