Section 144-220-D-L-2108 - Records of waste disposal
A. Each licensee or registrant shall maintain records of the disposal of licensed or registered materials made pursuant to D.2002, D.2003, D.2004, or D.2006, of this rule, and disposal by burial in soil, including burials authorized before January 28, 1981.5
B. The licensee or registrant shall retain the records required by D.2108.A until the Agency terminates each pertinent license or registration requiring the record.
