Section 144-220-C-18 - Agency action on application to renew and amend a specific license

In considering an application by a licensee to renew or amend his/her license, the Agency will apply the criteria set forth in C.8, and C.9., C.10 or C.11 and Part E, Part G, Part K, and Part N of this rule as applicable.
