Section 144-220-B-11 - Referrals to Department of the Attorney General

Alleged or suspected criminal violations of the Radiation Protection Act (and of other relevant state laws) are referred to the Department of the Attorney General for investigation. Referral to the Attorney General does not preclude the Agency from taking other enforcement action. However, such actions will be coordinated with the Department of the Attorney General to the extent practicable.
