Section 144-206-13-I - Time Frame for Correction1 Except as specified in (2) of this section, the license holder shall correct noncritical violations by a date and time agreed to or specified by the Department.2 The Department may approve a compliance schedule that extends beyond the time limits specified under (1) of this section, if a written schedule of compliance is submitted by the license holder and no health hazard exists or will result from allowing an extended schedule for compliance.10- 144 C.M.R. ch. 206, § 13-I
