Section 144-201-7 - ENFORCEMENT PROTOCOLSA.Department Notice of Noncompliance. When the Department has determined that an establishment is in violation of this rule, it will notify the establishment of the violation(s) in writing. This notice of noncompliance, which may be delivered on an inspection report or by a Letter of Enforcement, informs the establishment of the violation, explains how the establishment committed the violation, sets a deadline for compliance, and describes what may occur, if the establishment fails to meet that deadline.B.Appeals.
