Subsection 144-101-III-97-2900 - BILLING PROCEDURES2900.1 Substance use treatment facilities, children's residential care facilities, and community residences for persons with mental illness will bill the Department of Health and Human Services and be reimbursed at the agreed rate in accordance with MaineCare billing instructions for the UB-92 Claim Form.2900.2 Medical and remedial service facilities will bill the Department of Health and Human Services and be reimbursed at the agreed rate in accordance with MaineCare billing instructions for the UB-92 Claim Form.2900.3 Claims cannot include dates of service that overlap the provider's fiscal years.
