Subsection 144-101-II-46.17 - BILLING INSTRUCTIONS

Billing must be accomplished in accordance with the Department's billing requirements set forth in the MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter III, Section 45, and "Billing Instructions: Claim Form CMS-1500" or "Billing Instructions for UB-04" available at http://www.maine.gov/dhhs/oms/providerfiles/billing_instructions.html.
