Section 137-16-03 - Legal Hunting Hours for Wilds Birds and Wild Animals1. In accordance with 12 M.R.S. §11206 legal hunting times for all wild birds and wild animals are from 1/2 hour before sunrise to 1/2 hour after sunset.2.ExceptionsA.Migratory game birds. A person may hunt migratory game birds from 1/2 hour before sunrise to sunset.B.Coyote. A person may night hunt coyote in accordance with 12 M.R.S. §12001.C.Raccoon.
