Section 096-534-8 - Response to NoticeA. Upon receipt of a notice of hearing, the Operator must file an answer to the allegations contained in such notice not later than ten days prior to the date of hearing contained in the notice.B. The answer must contain: (1) Specific admission or denial of each fact alleged in the notice, or if the Operator is without knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as to the truth or falsity of an allegation, a statement to that effect; and(2) A concise statement of the facts constituting all grounds for defense.C.
