Section 096-526-10 - Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements for New FacilitiesAn Owner or Operator of a new facility is required to keep records and report information and data to the Department as follows. [See40 CFR § 125.88]
A. The Owner or Operator must keep records of all the data used to complete the permit application and show compliance with the requirements, any supplemental information developed under section 8, and any compliance monitoring data submitted under section 9, for a period of at least three years from the date of permit issuance. The Department may require that these records be kept for a longer period.B. The Owner or Operator must provide the following to the Department in a yearly status report: (1) Biological monitoring records for each cooling water intake structure as required by section 9.A;(2) Velocity and head loss monitoring records for each cooling water intake structure as required by section 9.B; and(3) Records of visual or remote inspections as required in section 9.C.06-096 C.M.R. ch. 526, § 10
