Section 096-501-1 - Applicability

This Chapter applies to all projects for which an applicant pays a compensation fee or undertakes mitigation to meet the requirements of the Department's 06-096 CMR ch. 500, Stormwater Management rules. Compensation fees must be paid to the Department's compensation fund or to an organization authorized by the Department pursuant to the Stormwater Management Law38 M.R.S.§420-D(11).
