Section 096-500-17 - Effect of 2014 Rule Amendments on Existing Permits

A permittee who obtained a permit under the Stormwater Management Law or the Site Law prior to the effective date of the 2014 amendments to this Chapter shall continue to be subject to the terms of the prior permit with respect to any developed area constructed under the prior permit.
