The Board may, as a term or condition of approval, establish any reasonable requirement to ensure that a proposed road, not qualifying for exemption from the law, is in compliance with all provisions of the Site Location Law and Regulations.
After public notice and public hearing on June 26, 1980, the above regulations are hereby adopted this 13th day of August, 1980.
