Section 096-310-8 - Terms and Conditions

The department may, as a term or condition of approval, establish any reasonable requirement to ensure that the proposed development will meet the standards of Title 38 M.R.S. Sec.480-D, such as:

A. Design changes to help insure the success of the project;

B. Buffer requirements;

C. Project supervisory requirements;

D. Monitoring requirements;

E. Mid-course correction or maintenance capability;

F. Bonding or other assurances of continued financial resources to complete compensation requirements; and

G. Timing requirements for all or portions of a project.
