Section 096-171-1 - ApplicabilityA. This regulation applies to petroleum storage facilities licensed or required to obtain an air emission license pursuant to either Major and Minor Source Air Emission License Regulations, 06-096 C.M.R. ch. 115 or Part 70 Air Emission License Regulation, 06-096 C.M.R. ch. 140.B.
