Section 096-121-4 - DefinitionsA.Class I Unit. "Class I Unit" means a small municipal waste combustion unit with aggregate plant combustion capacity greater than 250 tons per day of municipal solid waste.B.Class II Unit. "Class II Unit" means a small municipal waste combustion unit with aggregate plant combustion capacity no more than 250 tons per day of municipal solid waste.C.Commercial Operation. "Commercial Operation" means the time, not to exceed 180 days after initial startup, after which the emission unit achieves operation at the maximum production rate at which it will be operated.D.Dioxins/furans. "Dioxins/furansmeans tetra- through octa-chlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans, (PCDDs and PCDFs).E.Large Municipal Waste Combustor Unit. "Large Municipal Waste Combustor Unit" means a municipal waste combustor unit with a maximum municipal solid waste charging rate greater than 250 tons per day.F.Resource Recovery Facility. "Resource Recovery Facility" means any building, structure, or installation where municipal wastes are incinerated to produce usable energy.G.
