Section 096-117-8 - Compliance/Enforcement DeterminationsA. CEMS data showing an excess of any applicable emission limit shall be evidence that the source has exceeded the limit. The source has the burden of demonstrating that any data is inaccurate.B. Failure of a CEMS to provide accurate data for all periods in which the CEMS is required to be operated under this Chapter, shall constitute a violation.C.
