Section 096-100-88 - Minor Revision"Minor Revision" means a Chapter 115 license revision for:
A. the correction of typographical errors;B. the identification of an administrative change;C. a change in monitoring and reporting requirements;D. a licensed emissions increase under four (4) tpy for any one regulated pollutant except GHGs and under eight (8) tpy of total regulated pollutants, except for GHGs, and is determined not to be a Major or Minor Modification and is subject to licensing as defined in Chapter 115; orE. any other changes approved by the Department that meet the criteria of a minor revision. 06- 096 C.M.R. ch. 100, § 88
