Section 096-100-54 - Federally enforceable"Federally enforceable" means all limitations and conditions which are enforceable by the EPA and the citizens pursuant to the CAA, and the State of Maine, including those license requirements or other requirements developed pursuant to or within the following:
A. 40 C. F. R. Part 51, Subpart I, or Part 55 (relating to review of new sources and modifications)B. 40 C. F. R. §§ 52. 10 and 52. 21 (relating to prevention of significant deterioration of air quality);C. 40 C. F. R. Part 60 (relating to standards of performance for new stationary sources);D. 40 C. F. R. Parts 61 and 63 (relating to national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants);E. 40 C. F. R. Parts 68, 70, 71 or 72 (relating to operating permit program);F.
