"Continuous parameter monitoring system (CPMS)" means all of the equipment necessary to monitor and record process and control device operational parameters (e. g. , control device secondary voltages and electric currents, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), as needed, to meet applicable data acquisition and availability requirements
