Section 096-100-20 - Best Practical Treatment (BPT)

"Best Practical Treatment" means that method which controls or reduces emissions of regulated pollutants to the lowest possible level considering:

A. The then existing state of technology,

B. The effectiveness of available alternatives for reducing emissions from the source being considered, and

C. The economic feasibility for the type of establishment involved.
