"Tank truck" means any truck or trailer used for the transport of gasoline from a stationary gasoline storage tank at a bulk gasoline terminal or bulk gasoline plant to another stationary storage tank at another bulk gasoline plant, bulk gasoline terminal, or gasoline dispensing facility.
