"Significant impact area" is a circular area with a radius extending from the source to the most distant point where approved dispersion modeling predicts a significant impact will occur, or a modeling receptor distance of fifty (50) kilometers (km), whichever is less. The significant impact area used for the air quality analysis of a particular regulated pollutant is the largest area of all averaging periods modeled as determined for that regulated pollutant.
