Section 096-100-112 - PAL (Plantwide applicability limitation)

"PAL (Plantwide applicability limitation)" means an emission limitation expressed in tons per year, for a pollutant at a major stationary source, that is enforceable as a practical matter and established source-wide based on baseline actual emissions.
