Section 071-229-1 - Registration FeesRegistration fees may not be charged for general adult education participation but may be charged for specific course participation.
A. No registration fees shall be charged to students qualifying for and participating in the following adult education courses: 1. Basic literacy instruction, including English as a Second Language;2. Courses for students with disabilities, basic literacy instruction including English as a Second Language, and high school completion courses for adult learners with disabilities; and3. High school completion courses.B. Registration fees may be charged to students participating in: 1.
