A whose offerings result in the awarding of academic credits toward a degree from the school. Schools whose course or program offerings do result in degree credit from the school are subject to the provisions of 20-A MRSA §10701 - 10710.C. Courses or programs of instruction conducted under contract with an employer for employees exclusively.D.
