Section 658-104-2 - APPRENTICE SOLID FUEL TECHNICIAN1. Applications for licensure must be made on forms provided by the Board and must be accompanied by the fees established by the Director.2. The apprentice license application must be signed by an appropriately licensed Master. By signing the application, the signing master acknowledges employment or supervisory responsibility for the work ethics, performance, and training required of the apprentice.3.
