Rules of Ethics
1. Licensees shall engage in the provision of clinical services only when they hold the appropriate state license.2. Licensees shall engage in only those aspects of the professions that are within the scope of their professional practice and competence, considering their level of education, training, and experience.3. Licensees shall not require or permit their professional staff to provide services that exceed the staff member's competence, considering the staff member's competence, level of education, training, and experience.4.
