All licensees other than registered counselors shall attest at time of license renewal to completion of 55 contact hours of continuing education activities directly relating to the theory and practice of professional counseling during the preceding license biennium. The 55 hours must meet the subject matter distribution requirements contained in Section 2 of this chapter and the eligibility requirements contained in Section 3 of this chapter.02-514 C.M.R. ch. 7, § A-1
