Licensees must submit complete applications for renewal of license prior to the date of expiration of licensure. A license expires on the stated date of expiration but may be renewed by the payment of a $10 late renewal fee in addition to the license fee for a period of 90 days after the date of expiration. The ninety-day extended renewal period should not in any way be construed to permit the practice of acupuncture or naturopathic medicine after the date of expiration.
